As a founding member of CAfLN, Damian has much in common with his friends and colleagues, Lorna Earl and Ken O’Connor.  Key to the role is helping the board remain true to the original CAfLN vision which involves promoting assessment practices that benefit all students, from Kindergarten through post-secondary education.  He also provides support and encouragement to  CAfLN committees, and facilitates succession planning that will help our network flourish.
