Pre-Conference: A Passport to Learning
In either an elementary or secondary strand, travel to three schools in the Delta School District where you will see teachers who have shifted to using assessment for learning in their classrooms and actively use collaborative inquiry to support and develop this shift. Along the way, you'll enjoy a lunch a one of the school sites. Pre-tour coffee and muffins as well as lunch will be provided for those registered for the tours.
The tour will end at Farm Roots (www.deltalearns.ca/farmroots) where we will debrief, enjoy the farm and beach location, then transition to relaxing with refreshments, dinner and a cash bar while enjoying the ignite-styled talks to open the conference.
